Weekly Summary - April 2 2021
This week I was very busy with all 3 of my jobs so I didn't spend as much time painting, and did not accomplish my goals from last week. But I'm ok with that! I was still quite productive on the business side of my art biz. I skipped one day of daily painting and spent it on working on my marketing content instead. I try to write and schedule my social media content at least a week ahead of time so I can do it in batches. I use a tool called Hootsuite for this...but yesterday I woke up to...
Board Mounted Art
I offer a selection of my original watercolor paintings mounted on board. These board-mounted paintings are a modern and clean way to display custom art. They’re also ready to hang as soon as you get your nail in the wall, no additional frame needed. Easy peasy! View this post on Instagram A post shared by Jen Roberts - Artist (@late_blooming_art)

This past week was busy and productive. I painted, prepped art for a new collection release, and had some big news. I'm continuing a pretty good streak from last week. A different online entrepreneur that I like quite a lot and have been following for years was swearing by it, and offered (what I thought at the time) was a very nice bonus incentive for signing up through her. I knew it was an affiliate program and she would get paid for my purchase, but that is...

art struggles news weekly summary
I accomplished my goal for this week as laid out in last week's post! I didn't miss a day of daily painting, and over the weekend I painted more than just that as well. I spent a lot of time on marketing (as expected), following up with my assignment from my SCORE mentor, which is planning & scheduling out my marketing. I'm doing it in 3 month chunks to get a better overall idea of what I should talk about. Already it's been helpful because I have a tendency to get blindsided by events & holidays about 2 days before they...
